Back in New Jersey
Well, Colorado was beautiful. Denver rocks! I spent a lot of time just enjoying the great outdoors. What a change from here. It has, however, made me think of actually doing a bit more local exploring. I have a lot of mundane, touristy pictures.. nothing of great quality... especially since there was dust on my camera sensor, anything with sky in it looks like there are great, black dots all over. But, they are good for the memories.

Did you get the hair gel, pack it or cope without it? :-)
I ended up checking my bag. I bought it last week and, after only one round-trip flight, it looks like it has been aorund the world and back.
However, aside from having to wait 45 minutes in Newark at the baggage claim to actually get it back, it was worth it.
what a pretty picture! I have never been to Colorado, but may go in January. I can't wait!
I don't think you will be disappointed. It will be darn cold... but beautiful I am sure. Not the grey-bleakness that is the North East. Better pack some extra thermal underwear to cover the butt though...
I'll bring my earmuffs and my bun warmers :)
I think you had more than dust on your camera. That picture looks nothing like sky.
now THAT is a beautiful photograph.
and glad you had such a good time (above comment required it's own space for maximum impact.)
My blog buddy went to Colorado and all I got was one picture...
Wow! You came all the way over to this part of the world. The wild west. I'm glad you had a nice time. Beautiful picture.
Well, I haven't been to NM.. so maybe I could arrange a trip ther eand see the sights... you had so many beautiful pictures to share.
I like that picture. Dust on the camera sucks :P
